This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take appropriate action upon the complaint dated 24.06.2019 (Annexure P-1). A perusal of the said complaint reveals that the petitioner (complainant) has given no particulars about the alleged advancement of money and the demand made by him to one Brahm Dutt. There are bald allegations of harassment made in the complaint which do not inspire any confidence.

Resultantly, this Court does not find any reason to invoke inherent powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Dismissed.
