**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 376, dated 16.08.2020, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 506 & 326 (added later on), registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Amnbala.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the registration of the FIR in question, the matter has been compromised between the parties and an amount of ` 3,10,000/- has been given to the injured complainant party, as compensation.

Per contra, learned State counsel while opposing the prayer and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that the matter is still under investigation and the challan is likely to be filed in the near future. He has also submitted that the petitioners are attributed serious injuries on the person of the complainant attracting the mischief of Section 326 IPC. CRM-M-41086-2020 - 2 - criminal antecedents and inasmuch as there are four other FIRs are registered against them for committing offences under various Sections of IPC including 307 IPC.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
