(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (Section 482 of CrPC) is for issuance of appropriate directions to the officials respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of private respondents No.4 to 7. 2.
Learned counsel submits that petitioner is director of M/s Wooden Heights Developers Pvt. Ltd. It is alleged that private respondents No.4 to 7, have illegally issued unauthorized allotment letters in respect of certain project inventories as owned by the petitioner about which petitioner came to know upon receiving letter dated 08.01.2025 (Annexure P1) from Preet Land Promoters & Developers Private Ltd. It is submitted that the allotment letters, as issued by respondents No.4 to 7, are illegal and forged documents, having never been authorised by the petitioner. When respondents No.4 to 7 were confronted in this regard, they trespassed into the petitioner's project office on 24.04.2026, assaulted the petitioner and his son and threatened to eliminate his entire family. The entire incident was captured in CCTV and reported to the Police.
Despite repeated complainants to the SSP, SAS Nagar, Mohali as well as DGP, Punjab dated 24.04.2026 (Annexure P3), and prior thereof dated 04.08.2025 (Annexure P2), no action has been taken against the private VIVEK PAHWA 2026.06.
CRWP-6989-2026 2026:PHHC: 087264 respondents No.4 to 7 so far. Apprehending danger to his life and liberty, petitioner has filed this petition to seek protection. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the SSP, SAS Nagar, Mohali to decide the representation dated 24.04.2026 (Annexure P3) within one month positively. It is further directed that in case any threat to the life and liberty of the petitioner is found, necessary protection be provided to him and his family.
