**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 26.06.2009 (Annexure P-1) by which his two annual increments had been stopped with cumulative effect Counsel for the petitioner states that against the said order the petitioner had preferred an appeal to the government (Annexure P-2). A bare perusal of the appeal (Annexure P-2) would show that there is no date mentioned on the said appeal as to when the same was filed and this Court does not comment upon whether even the appeal is filed or not.
Counsel for the petitioner further states that the petitioner has served legal notice twice for deciding the said appeal and till date no communication has been received by the petitioner in respect of the said legal notices.

CWP-28941-2018 -2Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage, in case a time bound direction is given to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 17.08.2018 (Annexure P-6). In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and the claim being made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to decide the legal notice dated 17.08.2018 (Annexure P-6) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case after the decision, it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefit, the same shall also be released to her within a period of next three months.
Present writ petition stands disposed of.
