Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent-SDM-cumPrescribed Authority under the Haryana Ceiling of Land Holding Act, 1972 to decide the petition dated 23.02.2016 (Annexure P-1) within a period four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon in accordance with law.
