CWP No. 951 of 2016 After arguing for some time, counsel does not press the present writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to avail his alternative remedy in accordance with law since admittedly disputed question of fact is arising as to whether affidavit was given voluntarily or under any duress.
