(ORAL) Petition herein is under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to work as Extension Lecturers till regular appointments are made and not to replace them with another set of temporary employees. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are eligible for appointment to the post of (Assistant Professor) Extension Lecturers in Colleges and University Teaching Departments in their respective subject. They are working on sanctioned posts. They have been discharging their duties as Extension Lecturer Assistant Professor in different Govt. Colleges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on several orders/judgments passed by this Court contained at Annexures P-20 to P-26. 4.

Haryana and submits that judgments passed by this Court contained at Annexures P-20 to P-26 have been dealt with by a Division Bench of this Court vide CWP No. 6968 of 2020 decided on 22.09.2020. She also relies on judgment dated 03.12.2020 rendered in LPA No.1121 of 2019. 6.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioners by keeping in view the contentions stated in the present petition by treating the same as representation and pass appropriate orders by keeping in view the judgment of Division Bench rendered by this Court in CWP No.6968 of 2020 read with LPA No.1121 of 2019 decided on 03.12.2020, after determining the eligibility of the petitioners in terms thereof. 8.

Till passing of such orders, services of the petitioners shall not be dispensed with.Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible. 9.

Disposed of in above terms.
