CRWP-7128-2026 The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 8. Learned State Counsel contends that the petitioner is a person of large criminal antecedents and 07 other FIRs have been registered against him, of which 05 have been registered for offences under the NDPS Act. He is, thus, a habitual offender who is hardened and deeply entrenched in the world of crime.
