This Court, while acceding to the request, granted a last and final opportunity to address arguments on the next date of hearing. Despite the same, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The matter has been called twice and it is already 03:30 p.m. No further indulgence is warranted. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
