(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the order dated 12.09.2014 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.1 and order dated 12.08.2013 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No. 2, whereby, respondent No.2 modified the order dated 28.09.2012 (Annexure P-2), passed by respondent No.3. 2.

It was not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order impugned herein i.e. Annexure P-6 is an appealable order. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
