On 28.11.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner undertook to deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 5.5 lakhs within three weeks but the said amount has not been deposited till now.

Since the order dated 28.11.2019 has not been complied with, no indulgence can be granted to the petitioner. Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
