(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing FIR No. 49 dated 20.03.2020 (Annexure P-6) registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Navi Baradari, Police Commissionerate Jalandhar, District Jalandhar, challan dated 10.02.2021 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Notice of motion.

On the asking of Court, Mr. C.L. Panwar, Sr. DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the State submits that challan has since been presented and the next date of hearing before the trial Court is 01.11.2021, for framing of charges.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the pleas taken herein, before the trial Court, at the appropriate stage.
