Since, the possession of the subject secured asset was delivered to the petitioner pursuant to the order dt.15.11.2018 passed by this Court, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn directing the petitioner to restore back the possession of the subject secured asset to respondent No.4 forthwith.
