RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0010, dated 01.04.2024, under Section 379B(2), 506 IPC and Sections 25, 54, 59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kacha Pacaa, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not wish to press the present petition at this stage and the same may be dismissed as such.
