The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 09.07.2024 (Annexure P-17) on the ground that said order has been passed during the pendency of criminal proceedings before trial Court. 2.

Concededly, the impugned order is an appealable order and the petitioner has not preferred appeal before the Appellate Authority. 3.

Faced with this, Mr.Sonpreet Singh Brar, Advocate seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law.
