* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) There is no warrant for interference at this stage. The petitioner desires the master roads to be completed without which according to it the development work has come to a stand-still. 2.
The respondents had by a letter dated 01.12.2015 expressly stated that the roads would be constructed within three months from the date of possession of the land in respect of the said roads. The petitioner addressed a letter dated 31.12.2015 contending that there is now no impediment to the construction of the roads. The petition was filed within one week of the notice without even giving the respondents an opportunity of responding to the same. 3.
If in fact the possession of the relevant roads has been handed over to the respondents and/or there is no impediment to the respondents obtaining possession of the said roads, we presume that the respondents would comply with their statement contained in the letter dated 01.12.2015, namely, constructing the roads within three months of the possession of the roads. The respondents in any event shall reply to the petitioner's letter dated 31.12.2015 by 10.02.2016.
