Under Sections: 115(2), 126(2), 324(4), 351(3), 61(2) & 110 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (Earlier Sections 323, 339, 425, 506, 120(B) and 308 of IPC ) Police Station: City Ratia, District-Fatehabad, Haryana (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
