-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) Reply filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record. This is a petition that has been filed for quashing of FIR No.51 dated 16.07.2018 under Section 306, 34 IPC registered at Police Station GRP Sonepat, District GRP Ambala Cantt. (Haryana). Pursuant to the notice of motion, reply by way of affidavit of Dheeraj Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Railways, Haryana (HQ), Ambala Cantt. has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State. As per the affidavit filed, it is submitted that the matter has been investigated and the cancellation report in this regard has already been prepared and the same is under consideration in the office of Superintendent of Police, Railways, Haryana, Ambala Cantt. As per the reply, the cause of death of the deceased is shown to be "combined effect of crush injury of head and transaction of spinal cord." The statement of wife of the deceased is also recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. wherein she did not raise any suspicion regarding death of her husband Jagmal Singh.
