LPA-1481-2019 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is pointed that the main writ petition is coming up for hearing before the learned Single Bench on October 17, 2019. In the circumstances and in view of the order passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 29552 of 2019, the interim order passed by this Court regarding stay of further proceedings before the learned Single Bench is vacated.

The Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. As prayed for, the learned counsel for the appellants would be at liberty to either press for the final hearing of the main petition, for which all the parties agreed to render full cooperation or in the alternative to press for decision of the application for vacation of stay, which request may be considered by the learned Single Bench in accordance with law. All pending applications stand disposed of.
