(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.134 dated 19.05.2026 registered under Sections 118(1), 126(2), 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Civil Lines, District Bathinda. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that due to inadvertence, he could not mention offence under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 which was added later on. He thus seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action after giving complete particulars. 3.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
