That the contents of para No.p13 of the petition are wrong and denied. No such law points as alleged arise for the kind consideration of this Hon'ble court in view of detailed submissions made hereinabove. It is submitted that the salary for the months from December 2016 upto December 2018 amounting to Rs.2,50,000/- has been paid into the bank account of the petitioner on 15.02.2019."

In view of above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
