The instant petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for willfully disobeying the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 29.08.2023 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP-12804-2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall approach the authorities and file the requisite application along with all the documents.

Learned State counsel submits that upon receiving the said application, the same shall be considered in terms of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2023, passed in CWP-22904-2016 and other connected cases, within a period of 04 weeks. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed of in terms of the undertaking given by the learned State counsel.
