Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 01.02.2016 (Annexure P-8) passed by respondent No.1-The Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Amritsar.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he confines his prayer only to the compliance of award dated 01.02.2016 passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Amritsar. 3.
