JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Tarun Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.3 and 4 as they have already been found guilty in an inquiry conducted by a committee constituted under Sexual Harassment of Women in Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of allegations or the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Additional Director General of Police (Jails), Punjab to look into the matter and to decide the representation dated 18.7.

2019 (Annexure P-2), moved by petitioner, in accordance with law. In case the allegations levelled therein are found to be well founded, then necessary steps as warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest. Pankaj Kakkar 2019.08.
