However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is, however, directed that as and when any subsequent bail petition is filed in this Court, a copy of order dated 8.8.2024 shall be annexed with such petition.
