(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.1-Financial Commissioner to decide the revision petition bearing No.118 of 2016-17, particularly, the interim application in a fixed time line.

Without commenting upon merits and demerits of the matter, I direct the 1st respondent to decide the aforementioned revision petition, particularly the stay application, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certificate copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon in accordance with law. However, till the stay matter is heard and decided by the Financial Commissioner, dispossession of the petitioner shall remain stayed.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be given to the counsel appearing for the petitioner under the signatures of Reader attached to this Bench.
