Challenge in this writ petition is to the notice dated 17.02.2017 (Annexure P-4) issued in pursuance to the notice dated 22.07.2016 (Annexure P-2) under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

The petitioner has the remedy of filing an appeal against notices Annexures P-2 and P-4 which would be more appropriate remedy as certain facts require to be established after appreciating the evidence to be produced by the parties. In such a situation, we refrain ourselves to entertain this petition, at this stage.
