Learned counsel submits that the application of the petitioner for arms licence was rejected on 08.02.2023. He has now one gold medal in November 2024, Annexure P-17, in view of which he would file a fresh application for seeking the licence for sports purpose, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection.

Disposed of accordingly. However, in case a fresh application is filed within 4 weeks, the same be decided by respondent No.3 within a further period of 3 months, in accordance with law.
