Reply by way of affidavit on behalf of the State has been handed over in the Court today and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner.

At this stage, petitioner's counsel seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh with better particulars. 4.
