**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 306, dated 30.10.2020, under Sections 498-A, 323, 341, 506 & 149 of IPC (later on added Section 307 of IPC), registered at Police Station Samana, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 10th December, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Nishan Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. He has also apprised the Court that as per the Chemical Examiner's report, no poison was detected in the blood samples sent for chemical examination. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 10th December, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
