After arguing for some time and being confronted as to how the present petition shall be maintainable, seeking challenge to the action taken by the Bank under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the SARFAESI Act'), and even without filing objections to the aforesaid notice under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition in order to enable him to take recourse to the remedies available to the petitioners in accordance with the law.
