In view of the observations made above, Mr. Jagdish Manchanda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Committee constituted by this Court in CWP No.22918 of 2012 shall decide the case of the petitioner, de hors of the fact that the remedy of second revision petition was not successful on account of the petition being dismissed in default.
