ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition, herein, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to take a final decision on the chargesheet/memorandum dated 10.03.2016 (Annexure P-2) issued by respondent No.2 i.e. Deputy Commissioner, District Ambala. Heard.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to expeditiously proceed with the disciplinary proceedings, pending since March- 2016, and pass final orders in accordance with law.
