(ORAL) Petitioners have filed the writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to refund the total amount paid by them to respondent no. 3. Admittedly, during the pendency of the writ petition, the whole amount has been refunded by the authority. Only grouse of the petitioners' remains is regarding the payment of interest for the period the amount was retained by the authority. At the outset, learned counsel representing the respondents submits that in case any fresh representation is received from the petitioners regarding this issue, a considered decision thereon shall be taken within four months and conveyed to the petitioners.
