RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.4 vide order dated 14.07.2022 passed by learned JMIC, Palwal in case FIR No.56, dated 20.05.2022, under Section 498-A, 323, 406, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Palwal, District Palwal, Annexure P-1.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the same Court which had granted the regular bail.

Allowed as prayed for.
