Mr. Sandeep Moudgil, Advocate for respondents no. 2 & 3. RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Petitioners have sought a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents for demarcation and for handing over the possession of the plot/shop in question to the petitioners in compliance of order dated 10.10.2014, Annexure P-3 and 21.04.2017, Annexure P-11 passed by Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Panchkula. At the outset, Mr. Moudgill has apprised the court that said orders have been challenged by the Marketing Committee, Karnal before the revisional authority and it has passed an order dated 19.12.2019 setting-aside the impugned orders. Copy thereof has been handed-over to counsel for the petitioners. In view of above, no further direction needs to be issued in the present petition.
