(Oral) The present application has been filed for seeking transfer/withdrawal and clubbing of the rent petition No.202 of 2023, titled "Harjinder Kaur Virk and others v/s Surinder Singh Joshi," pending in the courts at Chandigarh with another rent petition No. 156 of 2023 titled "Jessica Dhillon v/s Surinder Singh Joshi", pending at the same place i.e. Chandigarh.

Since, both the rent petitions are pending in the same Sessions Division, it shall be appropriate for the applicant, at first instance to approach the concerned District Judge for transfer of the both the rent petitions to one and same court.

In view of the aforesaid observations, the present transfer application stands disposed of.
