This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.78 dated 08.06.2018, under Section 61 of the Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Barnala, District Barnala (Annexure P-1).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition, with liberty that the petitioner would surrender before the Trial Court within one week and his application for regular bail may be considered at the earliest.
