(ORAL) CRM No.1548 of 2022 This application has been moved for seeking permission to place the copy of the order dated 03.12.2021 as passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtak, on the record as Annexure P-5. Notice in the application.

At the asking of the Court, learned State counsel accepts the notice and she submits that she has no objection in allowing this application.

Keeping in view the above-said fact as well as the reasons as mentioned in this application, the same is allowed and Annexure P-5 is taken on the record.

CRM-M No.45946 of 2021 However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
