1. The following order was passed on 09.01.2019: "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that before passing of order Annexure P-3, which has been impugned in the present writ petition, the petitioner was not served.

From the impugned order, it has been recorded by the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies, Jalandhar that the concerned parties were informed and directed to appear but none has appeared on behalf of the other party. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner, who was respondent No.2 in the said proceedings, was not served before the proceedings were undertaken by the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies, Jalandhar before passing of order dated 12.10.2011. Under these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be given time to place on record the relevant documents to show that the petitioner was not served during the said proceedings and recording of the said finding is incorrect.

Adjourned sine die.

2. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 06.07.2023 when the learned counsel for the petitioner requested for an adjournment and the matter was adjourned for 31.7.2023 i.e. for today. However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner nor any document has been placed on record as had been requested earlier. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant petition.
