Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of the complaint case bearing No.COMA89240-2023 dated 22.12.2023 titled 'Shivani vs. Shubham Johar & Ors.' filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so.
