AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) Apprehending threat to their life and liberty from the hands of private respondents, the petitioners have filed the present petition, praying for issuance of directions to the official respondents to ensure their safety. The limited prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of appropriate directions to the competent authority to consider and decide the representation dated 22.04.2026 (Annexure P-2) submitted by the petitioner, in a fair and expeditious manner within a stipulated time frame.
