(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of a mandamus, hence directing official respondents to give protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner, and against any interference in the peaceful life of the petitioners being made at the behest of respondent Nos. 7 & 8. The learned State Counsel, does not have any objection, to an order being made by this Court to respondents concerned, to look into and decide through a speaking order, representation Annexure P-7. Moreover, the learned State Counsel, submits that the accused / co-respondent Nos. 5 & 6 concerned, in FIR No.42, dated 20.01.

2021, constituting therein offences under Sections 304-B & 120-B IPC, and, registered at Police Station City Palwal, District Palwal, are arrested, and, that vis-a-vis, the petitioner and co-accused, namely, Sarabjeet & Geeta, respectively, arrayed as respondent Nos. 7 & 8, in this petition, the Investigating Officer is likely to collect cogent incriminatory evidence, DINESH KUMAR 2021.11.02 17:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document against them.

C.R.W.P. No. 10384 of 2021 (O&M) -2and is permitted, to obtain relief in respect of protection against arrest, if any, as may be proposed, against the accused concerned, through his recoursing the appropriate legal mechanism.

Consequently, this Court directs respondents concerned, to within three weeks hereafter, hence decide Annexure P-7, through a speaking order.

Petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
