(Oral) The petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to release annual increment for the year 2008, half salary for the period of 01.01.2008 to 14.10.2008, 25% of subsistence allowance for a period of six month and DCRG along with interest, as the petitioner has been retired on 31.03.2013 and has been exonerated from all the departmental proceedings pending against him and even have been acquitted in the criminal case.

The petitioner has submitted representation dated 28.10.2015 (P-6) in this regard, but no decision has been taken thereon. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the representation, referred to above.
