At the very outset, this petition is liable to be dismissed on the short ground that the impugned order was passed on 21.08.2018 and till now the petitioner has joined his new place of posting at Hisar. Therefore, this Court at this stage, is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order. Dismissed.
