Guliani, Advocate for respondents No. 1 and 2. *** Learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 states that the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC filed by the plaintiffs for grant of interim injunction has since been decided on merits by the trial Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Moga vide detailed order dated 25.11.2022. He has placed on record copy of that order contending that in that way the present revision petition has become infructuous.

A perusal of the impugned order goes to show that the police protection to the plaintiffs for protection the subject matter was provided till disposal of stay application on merits. Since stay application has now been decided on merits, the order granting provision of police protection has thus come to an end and the revision petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the same is disposed of as such. Of course, if any such application is filed by the plaintiffs the same would be decided on its own merits.
