******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.1290 dated 16.09.2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 174-A of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced copy of order dated 06.09.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Panipat, whereby petitioner has been allowed regular bail in a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act filed by Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required for the purpose of further investigation of the case. CRM-M-35486 of 2019 -2expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 29.08.2019 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
