Learned counsel for applicant/petitioner, inter alia, contends that during the pendency of the petition, a compromise has been effected between the petitioner and the prosecutrix, as such he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue his regular bail application before the learned Sessions Court on the grounds mentioned in the petition.
