***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Both the applicant as well as respondent, are present before the court today.

Both the parties and counsel submit that the compromise has taken place between the parties and now parties intend to live together in the rented premises in the tricity, as agreed between them and as observed in the order dated 30.10.2025.

In view of the compromise reached between the parties, respondent, gives an undertaking that the he shall withdraw petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, pending before Family Court, Patiala as well as the custody petition, filed at his instance, before the courts at Nurpur, on the next date of hearing.

Likewise, the applicant has also gives an undertaking that in view of the terms settled, she shall withdraw the pending litigation, initiated at her instance.

In view of the aforesaid, counsel for the applicant submits that she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

However, both the parties shall remain bound by the statements so made, before the court today.
