The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of letter dated 19.09.2016 (Annexure P-13) whereby allotment of LPG Distributorship of the petitioner has been cancelled and security has been forfeited. The petitioner is further seeking cancellation of allotment of respondent No.4. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that petitioner was not even issued LOI. She was found successful in draw of lots. During field verification, the land offered by petitioner was not found suitable. The petitioner was granted sufficient opportunity to offer alternative land. Learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his inability to controvert the aforesaid facts.

The respondents have allotted LPG distributorship to respondent No. 4 who is working since 31.08.2017. It is purely a contractual matter. The respondent-corporation as per its wisdom has allotted LPG distributorship to respondent No. 4. This Court does not find any glaring irregularity or illegality warranting interference invoking writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.
